Catering Information

All food packages include buffet service, condiments, paper and plastic service ware. Prices are per person and already include sales tax and 15% gratuity.

Lunch Buffet
All Lunch Packages Include Deli-Mix, choice of two side dishes (Except Package H). Side Dish Choices: Green Salad, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Fresh Fruit, Salad (when in season), or Baked Beans.

H Salad Bar: Includes cubed tri-tip, cubed chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes, cheese, olives, cucumbers, bacon bits and croutons. Salad bar served with assortment of salad dressings, sourdough bread and butter. $12.95
Dinner Buffet
All Dinner packages include green salad with ranch dressing, hot vegetable, dinner rolls with butter, deli mix, and a choice of one side dish unless noted.
Side Dish Choices: Baked Potato, Twice Baked Potato, Mashed Potato with Gravy, Baked Beans, Roasted Red Potatoes, Rice Dish or Pasta with Choice of Sauce. Sheet cake is available for an additional $1.25 per person.
